Featuring three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a powder room, study and butler’s pantry, this build came with major challenges, from tight site access to boundary-to-boundary construction.

A bold double-storey extension and renovation - our most challenging project to date. The home was stripped back to its original ground floor brick walls, some retained as striking internal features. With custom steel elements throughout, including a sculptural staircase and balustrade, plywood-lined walls and ceilings, and a concrete bench poured on site, every detail was meticulously crafted.
