Designed specifically with lifestyle and quality in mind, where sunny afternoons lingering together poolside provided inspiration, Beatrice was designed to wrap around the calm shimmer of the water. Boasting beautifully considered, generously proportioned spaces throughout that were well considered to house a growing family of 5, this double storey new build (5 bedroom, 3 bathroom, powder, 3 living zones) in the heart of leafy Yarraville was a joy to bring to life.  Featuring engineered timber floorboards, timber veneer custom joinery, storage solutions, stone and feature metal screens to the front and rear facade, no detail was overlooked. A perforated metal screen feature above the pool acts to create an atrium effect, bringing much needed shade and an added sense of privacy.
