A thoughtfully executed double-storey extension and renovation of a character-filled Art Deco home, now featuring four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a powder room, study, butler’s pantry and pool. This once-tired residence was brought back to life with a careful balance of heritage charm and modern luxury - think steel-framed windows and doors, herringbone floors, brass accents and elegant curves throughout.
