On a personal note…
When James is not working, AFL is high on the agenda (North Melbourne in case you’re asking) alongside spending quality time with his wife and two young kids. He also enjoys playing golf and spending time with friends in his off time.
With a double degree in architecture and construction management and a Masters of architecture, [ B.Des (Arch), B.CM(Hons) M.Arch(DesMgt)], director James Ind brings a highly versatile knowledge foundation that blends design consideration together with the practical and logistical aspects of on-site construction and project management.
From a young age, an appreciation for beauty and skillful design has captivated his imagination. A formative memory of exploring new home builds in the local area with his father, where the visceral smell of freshly cut timber on work sites opened his eyes to a world of possibility for the future, set his life on a specific course. Fast forward to today, Loxton Built is the resulting culmination of James' vision and drive. In particular, he values the relationships cultivated with both clients and subcontractors alike, believing that trust and collaboration are key to a successful project.
